Product Owner – Marketing Automation (with Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics)

The Product Owner for Marketing Automation will oversee the strategy and execution of marketing automation processes, using Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics to optimize the client journey. You will focus on delivering tailored, automated campaigns that engage customers throughout their journey, from initial awareness to post-purchase engagement. Key Responsibilities: Define and manage the product roadmap for marketing automation using Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics, with a focus on client journey mapping. Design and implement automated campaigns that guide customers through personalized journeys, including segmentation, lead nurturing, and retention. Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to ensure that Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics integration supports an optimal client journey. Analyze client journey data to optimize campaign touchpoints and interactions. Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization to enhance the client experience at every stage of the journey. Provide training and support to teams on managing the client journey through marketing automation and CRM tools. Ensure that marketing efforts comply with data privacy laws and are aligned with broader business objectives. Lead A/B testing and personalization initiatives to continuously improve customer engagement through the journey. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Owner managing Marketo (or similar platforms) and Microsoft Dynamics with a focus on the client journey. Expertise in mapping and optimizing client journeys, using marketing automation and CRM systems. Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, lead generation, and personalized marketing strategies. Ability to use analytics to improve customer touchpoints and experiences throughout the client journey. Excellent project management skills and experience working in agile teams.
