Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you’ll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll DoStrip ("tip out") finished concrete products from forms after curingWork as part of a crew to break down forms and prepare them for the next production cycleUse hand tools and equipment to assist with form breakdownClean, scrape, and prep molds and materials for reuseAssist with moving products and materials safely using tools/equipmentMaintain a clean, organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and properly use required PPEWhat You'll NeedAvailable to work overnight starting at 1 AM until production is complete (typically 8-10 hours)Comfortable with heavy, hands-on work (lifting, bending, pushing, pulling)Ability to keep up in a fast-paced, physical production environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to follow instructions and work effectively on a teamManufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferredYour EducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredWe are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
