Sous Chef

The Local in Clovis, CA is looking for one sous chef to join our 22 person strong team. We are located on 401 Clovis Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working. Experience is a requirement. Responsibilities Help train new staff as they come on board Assist the chef with new dishes and menus Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly Ability to operate any position on the line This position here will require you to be on the line during shifts. Qualifications Experience working as a sous chef or chef or lead kitchen position High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume We are looking forward to reading your application.
