(Suwon, South Korea), develops advanced digital manufacturing and robotic automation solutions for global manufacturing customers.With over 20 years of experience, our solutions support robot simulation, offline programming, automated measurement systems, and production quality inspection technologies used by leading automotive OEM manufacturers and industrial customers worldwide.Position OverviewThe Simulation / OLP Engineer supports robot simulation, offline programming, and virtual validation activities to support project implementation, improve system quality, and reduce on-site commissioning time.Key Responsibilities• Develop robot simulation and offline programming solutions  • Support robot path planning and optimization  • Perform simulation-based system validation  • Support virtual commissioning activities  • Collaborate with execution engineering teams  • Support troubleshooting simulation and programming issues  • Assist with technical documentation and reporting  • Support development of simulation standards and best practices  Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred  • 0–5 years of experience in robotics, simulation, or automation preferred  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills  • Ability to work independently and within team environments  Preferred Qualifications• Experience with robot simulation or offline programming tools  • Experience with industrial robots (FANUC, KUKA, ABB, etc.)  • CAD experience (CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar)  • Understanding of manufacturing and automation processes  • Experience with virtual commissioning concepts  Travel Requirements• Limited travel required (10%–30%)  • Occasional on-site support during project phases and system validation  Compensation & Benefits• Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually  • Health, dental, and vision insurance  • 401(k) with company match  • Paid time off and professional development opportunities  Work AuthorizationApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
