Electrical Senior Project ManagerIndustry: Electrical Construction / Mission Critical / IndustrialOverviewWe are partnering with a leading, nationally recognized electrical contractor that is continuing to expand its presence in the mission critical and data center market. The organization is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex electrical construction projects within fast paced, high demand environments.This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of electrical construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeoutOversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial performanceDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelinesCoordinate with field leadership, including Superintendents and Foremen, to ensure efficient execution of workManage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement processesLead project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teamsEnsure compliance with all safety standards and promote a strong safety culture across the projectIdentify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategiesSupport change order management, contract administration, and documentation processesDrive quality assurance and ensure successful commissioning and turnover of systemsQualifications5 to 10 years of experience in electrical construction project managementProven experience managing multi million dollar electrical construction projectsStrong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, switchgear, and mission critical infrastructure preferredExperience in data center, mission critical, industrial, or large scale commercial projects strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teamsExperience working within an electrical contractor environment requiredWhat Makes This Opportunity UniqueOpportunity to work on large scale, high profile mission critical and data center projectsJoin a rapidly growing division within a top tier electrical contractorStrong pipeline of work and long term career growth opportunitiesExposure to complex projects with leading developers, general contractors, and hyperscale clientsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryPerformance based bonusComprehensive benefits packageLong term career growth opportunities
