SQL Server DBAFully Onsite RoleHouston, TXVideo + Onsite Interview**Must have Energy/Utility Background**We are seeking a Senior SQL Server DBA with strong experience managing enterprise SQL Server environments across on-premises and Azure/AWS cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SQL Server administration, PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases, high availability/disaster recovery (Always-On Availability Groups), performance tuning, backups/restores, and automation using T-SQL and PowerShell. This is a fully onsite role in Houston, TX, supporting mission-critical production databases in a fast-paced enterprise environment.Key Requirements:10+ years of SQL Server DBA experience in enterprise environmentsStrong hands-on experience with SQL Server (2016–2022) and PostgreSQL or MongoDB/NoSQLExpertise in Always-On Availability Groups, Failover Clustering, Backup & Disaster RecoveryExperience supporting databases on Azure and AWSStrong scripting skills with T-SQL and PowerShell (Python/Ansible is a plus)Experience with VMware, database monitoring tools, and production supportUtilities, Energy, or Oil & Gas industry experience is highly preferredMust be willing to work fully onsite in Houston, TXCandidates who can convert to full-time are strongly preferred
