We dispatch fully-vetted independent contractor drivers to operate client-owned vehicles — dealer trades, auction pickups, loaner returns, and fleet movement. We carry our own commercial insurance, handle all driver management, and manage all dispatching and invoicing so our clients don't have to.We have proven accounts, a proprietary dispatch platform, and a focused target market. What we need is the right person to open new doors.This role is designed for someone who is exceptional at building business relationships and closing deals — and who wants to be rewarded accordingly. If you perform, this role grows with you. We are building something, and the right person will grow into leadership.WHAT YOU WILL DO• Prospect and call on automotive dealerships across Central Florida — in person, by phone, and by referral• Build relationships with general managers, used car managers, fleet directors, and service directors• Present RAD's service model clearly and close deals with decision-makers• Onboard new clients through their first runs with support from our dispatch team• Manage and grow active client relationships so they stay and expand over time• Submit a weekly activity report — prospects contacted, names, numbers, pipeline status• Communicate with ownership weekly and remain available by phone to clients and prospects during business hoursWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR• Proven B2B outside sales experience — automotive, fleet, logistics, or business services strongly preferred• Familiarity with dealership operations — you will be selling to people who can read a pitch immediately• A hunter who can also manage a relationship — this role requires both• Self-directed and results-driven — you will have real autonomy and you need to use it• Strong communicator — in the field, on the phone, and with ownership• Clean driving record and reliable vehicle — regular in-market travel required• Central Florida basedHOW THIS WORKSThis is not a traditional sales job. There are no set hours, no daily check-ins, and no micromanagement. What there is — is a revenue target, a weekly report, and a phone that needs to be answered.You will be measured on results. How you get there is largely up to you. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONSAnnual revenue target: $250,000 in new client revenue per year (prorated for 2026 start date)Reviews: Quarterly — we review progress together and adjust as neededWeekly requirement: Activity report submitted to ownership with prospect names, contact numbers, and pipeline statusAvailability: Reachable by phone during business hours for clients and prospectsCommunication with ownership: Weekly — no exceptions unless you are on vacationWHAT WE DO NOT OFFERNo health insurance.
