Injection Molding Operator

About the JobFull time 40 hours a week,6:50AM to 3:PM Monday - Friday,Pay is $15.50 hourly to startMust have knowledge of plastic injection molding and experience.Trouble shoot injection molding machines and startup/ shutdown equipment.Find ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.Knowledge of resin process temps and drying temps.Verify process parameters and implement changes to improve cycle times.Monitor process and workstation info in mold setup sheets.Work alongside Quality Control to improve process.Assure housekeeping standards are met and scrap issues are addressed and fixed.Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.Wrap skids.Plastic Injection Molding 3+ years.Knowledge of fork trucks and pallet jacks.Will work with fiberglass!!!Resumes required.About the Company
