Asphalt Batch Plant - Operator (Farmersville, TX) - Austin Bridge & RoadAustin Bridge & Road is currently seeking experienced Batch Plant Operators for Farmersville, TX. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals that want to excel with us. The purpose of this job is to operate plant efficiently to meet production goals set daily while maintaining a safe operation.Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesLoad proper material into trucks to be delivered to specific jobsCommunicate with dispatch and paving crewsReceive incoming material ticketsReport any issues to foreman or superintendentWork days or nights and weekends with extended hours as required at different locationsMaintain maintenance, housekeeping and janitorial duties at the plantOperate plant controls to produce HMAC that meets specificationMust work at heights up to 70', work in hot and cold weather, be able to climb ladders and stairs be able to lift 50 poundsFollow all procedures and safety requirements of the companyConduct JHA's and Toolbox safety meetingsSupervise plant crew at timesOther duties as assignedPosition Specific Success FactorsCustomer FocusBuilding PartnershipsBuilding TrustCommunicationContinuous LearningInitiativeResults OrientedTeamworkInnovative ThinkingApplicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
