Responsible for meeting/exceeding production standards, maintaining product quality, minimizing equipment downtime, and sustaining budgeted waste levels daily.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperate production equipment while meeting quality, productivity, waste, and safety goals Operate packaging equipment, ensuring products are properly packed and labeled per specification Perform quality checks as required by specifications Maintain accurate production, downtime, and quality check records Notify technical personnel of equipment malfunctions Use and stamp batch numbers correctly on cartons per SAP records Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the shift Follow all safety, environmental, and Quality System Requirements (QSR) Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Experience0 - 5 years Key SkillsAttention to detail Eligibility & QualificationsMust clear criminal background check before starting (candidate can begin while checks are pending, only after clearing) Eye exam required No drug screening required Must be eligible to work in the USA
