At the Florence, KY facility, Bosch designs and produces automotive steering components and systems sold to vehicle OEMs throughout North America.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include but not limited to the following.Process documentation updates (operator instructions, guides, forms, etc.)Setup facilities machines and equipment in SAP for PM and work order functionsAssist FCM team with brainstorming and facilitation of building management systemSupport Engineers on specific programming projectsCommunicate and work effectively through specific task assignmentAnalysis and decision making responsibility for specific problems or topicsImprovement proposals and execution of such as supported by analysisQualificationsIntern Program Requirements:GPA of 3.0 or higherActively enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate/PhD program OR within 1 year of graduation dateDemonstrate high potential, including suitable academic achievement, extracurricular participation and community serviceEducation And/or ExperienceCurrently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from a 4-year university and be actively enrolled for the duration of your co-op. Area of Study should be from one of the following:Mechanical EngineeringCivil EngineeringElectrical EngineeringIndustrial EngineeringArchitectural EngineeringConstruction ManagementFacilities ManagementEnvironmental EngineeringOr other related program to support the Facilities functionQualifications/CompetencyProblem SolvingStrong analytical and intellectual skillsCompetent use of systematic problem solving toolsCommunication SkillsEffectively communicate with different levels of associates and culturesAbility to work with workshop personnelSelf-starting, results oriented, flexible, team playerAbility to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyMeet deadlines on assigned tasks, utilize project timeline tools, effectively communicate goals and resultsAdditional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veteransIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
