Job DescriptionFamily Practice physician needed to join a large community health organization.They offer a very unique schedule:Mon, Tues, Wed work in clinic. Thursday Tele-Med, with Fridays offCall is light by phone only, 1:7 rotated weeklyThey are seeking a physician that is mission driven and wants to make a difference in community healthcare. They provide primary healthcare for infants, children and adults.New graduates are welcome to applyThey are offering:Student Loan repayment through NHSCSign-on bonus of $10,000Relocation assistance is availableSalary is $185k-$195k$12k production bonusMedical, Dental, VisionMalpractice/tail coverage$2k CME Allowance with 5 days off3 weeks vacation, with increase to 4 weeks after year 43 paid summer days1 paid wellness day5 paid sick days11 paid holidaysShort/long term disability403bLocated in Chicago in the West Town community, near Wicker Park area.
