Office Manager
Office Manager An Office Manager supports the division by answering and routing incoming phone calls and visitor needs, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing the General Manager and divisional shared calendars. This position supports various departments and managers as needed, performing daily customer billing, and assisting in various administrative tasks such as filing, shredding, setting up conference rooms, copying, data entry, scheduling, and reporting needs. They will maintain and order office and/or warehouse supplies, as well as coordinate and participate in special events, employee appreciation programs, charitable fundraising, and other projects. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration a plus 7+ years of experience of administrative assistance or customer service Bilingual preferred Prior experience handling highly confidential material required Advanced knowledge of computer applications, notably Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Skilled at interpersonal communication, both written and verbal Must have exceptional time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently with little supervision Ability to interact professionally at all levels of the business Notary Public preferred Previous industry experience preferred Why Work for Olympic Steel: Olympic Steel offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision benefits; paid holidays and vacation; a 401(k) match; tuition reimbursement; and various opportunities to earn cash bonuses.
