Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe're looking for a Project Manager who thrives on variety and scale. From ground-up Class A office towers to high-speed retail developments like restaurants and car washes, you'll lead a diverse portfolio that shapes the local landscape. We need a leader who can navigate the complexities of both tenant improvements and major new builds without breaking a sweat on budget or quality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all phases of retail and commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets using Procore and Sage software.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.Manage change orders and ensure that all changes are documented and communicated effectively.Facilitate communication between project teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager in the retail and commercial construction sectors.Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management techniques, and relevant software (Procore, Sage).Experience with tenant improvements and ground-up projects.Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, PMPBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
