Join our team.About The RoleThe Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring projects are properly set up, tracked, and delivered through our prefab production system. This role is highly systems-oriented and requires strong organization, follow-through, and cross-functional communication. You will be responsible for managing project documentation inside our production software, preparing fabrication materials for the shop floor, tracking order progression, and coordinating outgoing shipments.What You’ll DoProject Setup & System ManagementUpload new projects into production software accurately and completelyUpload fabrication sheets (fab sheets) into the systemGenerate and print QR codes for use by the production teamEnsure all digital files are organized and accessibleProduction SupportPrepare and distribute fabrication documentation to the shop floorEnsure production packets are complete and ready prior to releaseMaintain clean, accurate project data within internal systemsShipping & Logistics CoordinationCreate load sheets for outgoing materialsGenerate shipping tickets for all outbound itemsCoordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure accurate shipment documentationConfirm outgoing items match project specificationsOrder Tracking & ReportingCreate and maintain project trackers for all ordersInternal CoordinationCoordinate with design, production, procurement, and operations teamsCommunicate project status and documentation updatesSupport internal team members to ensure smooth project flowWho You Are2+ years experience in project coordination, construction operations, manufacturing, or similar roleStrong organizational and administrative skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeComfort working in production or construction environmentsClear written and verbal communication skillsWHY JOIN US?
