Principal Technical Program Manager

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Assess the current state of Grow Product and create a long-term execution roadmap in collaboration with Product and Engineering Translate product strategy into technical solutions and manage the execution of the roadmap, ensuring high-quality delivery Mentor team members and help shape the Technical Program Management discipline within the organization Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Product Manager, or similar role Proven experience in driving complex tech programs or products from inception to delivery Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and functions Ability to communicate effectively at the executive level and influence senior leadership Experience in building and delivering customer-focused products with technical knowledge of underlying platforms
