Job Description :** Transaction / Application Processing AssociatePosition Overview** Reporting to the Transaction Processing Supervisor, the Single Streamline Application Processor (Transaction Processing Associate) is responsible for handling various transaction processing projects. This role involves researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information across multiple systems, with a specific focus on providing open enrollment transaction support. The ideal candidate will bring a positive, adaptable approach to meeting the high demands of a fast-paced work environment.Key Position DetailsLocation:** 77 Hartland Street, East Hartford, CTEmployment Type:** Contract / Contingent LaborContract Duration:** June 15, 2026 – September 14, 2026Pay Rate:** $21.02 per hourTraining Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PMWork Schedule:** Requires flexibility; includes days, evenings, overtime, and some weekends.Pre-employment Requirements:** Healthcare Package + ED/EMP and Drug Test required.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesTransaction Processing:** Process all transactions and perform tasks accurately within procedural guidelines and without errors. Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet contract guidelines.Quality & Productivity:** Meet or exceed daily productivity standards for each task. Meet performance standards for Quality as defined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) with a goal of zero errors.Customer Service:** Exhibit exemplary internal and external customer service, consistently meeting or exceeding customer needs.System Proficiency:** Maintain a strong understanding of the operating systems and procedures required to perform your work.Professionalism:** Consistently display a professional and positive attitude toward employees, Consumers, Access Health, DSS, and all daily activities.Reliability:** Report to work on time, adhere to the Project Site Attendance Policy, and be relied upon to accomplish the best possible results independently after initial training.Education, Experience, and SkillsEducation & ExperienceCollege Degree is preferred.Previous experience in Eligibility Determination or Transaction Processing is highly preferred.Required SkillsTyping:** Ability to type a minimum of 40 Words Per Minute (WPM).Technical:** Proficiency (or the ability to be quickly trained) with standard company software and PC systems.Organization:** Ability to organize work, set priorities, remain flexible, and adapt to change with a positive approach.Problem Solving:** Capable of troubleshooting through analysis and ongoing feedback.Attention to Detail:** Must possess the ability to detect, document, and correct quality issues while achieving results under established deadlines.Pacing:** Ability to work at a sustained, extremely fast pace to meet production rates without sacrificing quality.Work Environment and Physical DemandsEnvironment:** Work is generally performed in an extremely fast-paced office setting.Physical Requirements:** The role regularly requires sitting, reaching, and using hands to handle objects, tools, or computer controls.
