Your leadership will be crucial in creating innovative menu items and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. This role not only contributes to the quality of our offerings but also plays a vital part in the overall success of our restaurant. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 annually, along with a supportive and dynamic work culture.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day kitchen operations, including staff supervision and schedulingDevelop and implement new menu items and specialsEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and cleanliness standardsTrain and mentor kitchen staff to enhance skills and efficiencyMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as neededCollaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless serviceManage kitchen budgets and control food costsConduct regular kitchen meetings to ensure team alignment and motivationRequirementsProven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef in a similar settingStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent culinary skills and creativity in menu developmentKnowledge of food safety regulations and best practicesAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in inventory management and cost controlFormal culinary training or certification is preferred
