Director - SAP EPPM

We are seeking an experiencedDirector - SAP EPPM to drive growth in their transformation consulting practiceAs the Director - SAP EPPM you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing complex and large transformation engagements. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases while maintaining quality, engagement, schedule, and budget adherence.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of new or modified business processes enabled by SAP S/4 solutions.Conduct business workshops with key stakeholders to align outcomes with the project plan.Develop business process solutions that meet clients’ priorities while adhering to industry best practices.Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with objectives, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.Create implementation schedules and oversee system implementation planning and execution.Ensure that project success criteria are consistently met.Build strong relationships with IT/business peers and management to meet organizational goals.Oversee transformational projects, implementing business process improvements and ERP systems.Coordinate project timelines with teams to achieve client satisfaction.Collaborate with project managers on resource allocation and capacity planning.Manage program-level status, metrics, issues, and risks while ensuring completion and sign-off on deliverables.Utilize broad business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, and integration.Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and client leadership teams.Lead and collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.Qualifications:Proven experience in leading large global consulting-led DTS business transformation programs with a strong understanding of business value.Knowledge of end-to-end Demand to Supply business processes, including Discrete and Process Manufacturing, Production Planning and Execution, and Quality Management. Experience with Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) and Project Systems (PS).Familiarity with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) modules and Enterprise Asset Management.Proven ability to lead design workshops and manage the delivery of SAP DTS business processes using S/4HANA functionality.Strong understanding of industry-specific KPIs and benefits of S/4HANA.Ability to communicate effectively with business process owners and translate requirements into technical specifications.Knowledge of integration with Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, and Record to Report processes.Capability to lead functional teams, providing accurate effort and duration estimates.Self-directed with the ability to mentor and manage consulting and client team members.Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record in building strong client relationships.Full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager, with experience in multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse).10-20 years of transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience with some experience in proposal and business case development.Eligibility to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.Flexible to travel as needed What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on impactful projectsProfessional development and career growthIf you are a strategic thinker with a passion for leading transformative initiatives and building strong client relationships, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity .
