Prosperity Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.POSITION PURPOSEResponsible for Managing and Supporting a Group of 20 – 30 Banking Centers/Banking Center Managers.Essential Functions And Basic DutiesHost periodic meetings to distribute information and cultivate operations uniformity.Contribute to and assist in publishing periodic Newsletter to Banking Center Managers.Coordinate and monitor audits.Travel to locations to ensure facilities are up to par and operating as expected.Travel to locations for a variety of support functions (HR related, security, cash audits, etc).Assist in developing and maintaining the policies and procedures relevant to retail operations.Understand the information systems used in retail operations.Ensure training is satisfied.Interact with the Operations Committee members regarding banking center matters.Interact with and act upon requests of EVP/Cashier and CFO.Establish relationship and open communication with Area Leaders (i.e., Area President and Chairman).Act as communications liaison from all operational departments to Retail banking centers.Coordinate and monitor periodic scrub projects and/or data collection to/from banking centers.Compile and distribute management reports to Banking Center Managers and Area President/Chairman (i.e., overtime, FTE, teller outage board report, cash-on-hand statistics/review, etc.)Support the achievement of incentive programs, goals and budgets.Coordinate and review Quarterly Security checklist; work with Banking Center Managers and Security Officer to resolve issues.Assist in coordinating support and training during M&A events. Policy & ProceduresComply 100% with all Prosperity Bank applicable policies and procedures.Comply 100% with staff training requirements.Maintain loss standards as specified by Prosperity Bank applicable policies and procedures.Maintain effective internal control standards.Meet all compliance and security requirements 100% of the time.Minimize expenses, overtime and losses.Education/CertificationAssociate degree or higher in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.Required KnowledgeThorough knowledge of bank services and products.Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.Familiarity with banking center functions, policies, and procedures.Experience RequiredMust have extensive bank lobby operations experience.Strong knowledge of compliance and regulation procedures.Prior management experience.Skills/AbilitiesStrong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.Well organized.Attention to detail.Ability to maintain an effective and efficient workflow. Ability to operate related computer applications and related business equipment.Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.Must be a self-starter that can manage multiple projects / duties with minimal supervision.Must display a positive team-building attitude with associates in all departments.Physical Activities And Requirements Of This PositionTalking: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.Average Hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.Repetitive Motion: Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.Average Visual Abilities: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery.Physical Strength: Sedentary work with mobility around the banking center. Exerts up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally. (Almost all office jobs.)WORKING CONDITIONSNone: No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions (such as in a typical office).Mental Activities And Requirements Of This PositionReasoning Ability: Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions. Able to interpret a variety of technical instructions and can deal with multiple variables.Mathematics Ability: Ability to compute discount, interest, profit, and loss; commission markup and selling price; and ratio, proportion, and percentage. Able to perform very simple algebra.Language Ability: Ability to read periodicals, journals, manuals, dictionaries, thesauruses, and encyclopedias. Ability to prepare business letters, proposals, summaries, and reports using prescribed format and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style. Ability to conduct training, communicate at panel discussions, and make professional presentations.Monday - Friday: 8+ hours
