And, we believe equipping you with support and development opportunities is a vital part of delivering an exceptional employment experience.Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain analytics solutions, dashboards, and reports that deliver actionable insights to clinicians, leaders, and business stakeholdersIntegrate, organize, and transform data from multiple sources, partnering with IT teams to build and maintain scalable data modelsAnalyze complex datasets to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve operational and business outcomesWrite high-quality, maintainable code and apply analytics best practices to ensure performance, accuracy, and reliabilityCommunicate findings through compelling data visualizations, presentations, and storytelling tailored to diverse audiencesLead and support analytics initiatives by managing priorities, documenting processes, resolving issues, and providing user training and adoption supportQualificationsEducation:Required:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Business, Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science or related field requiredOREquivalent experience of at least 5 years working in an analytics or healthcare operations setting that includes demonstrated results driving improvements using data and analytics methodologies and techniques requiredPreferred:Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Business, Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science or other related field preferredExperience:Relevant work experience is requiredDatabricks experience is highly preferred, as this position is specific to DataBricks
