The successful candidate will possess excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for cleanliness. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for but not limited to:Clean and maintain common areas, lobbies, elevators, stairways, and other areas of the property according to established cleaning proceduresPerform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuumingClean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as requiredMonitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipmentAssist with move-in and move-out cleaning and inspectionsNotify management of any maintenance or cleaning issues that require attentionFollow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipmentOther duties as assignedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent2 years of cleaning experienceSome maintenance experience preferredKnowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methodsAbility to lift and carry up to 55 poundsFlexibility to work weekends and evenings if requiredExcellent time-management and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredFull-Time Schedule: 40 hours/week, holidays, and on call is possibleAbout CRM Residential: CRM Residential is an award-winning full-service property management company which professionally manages 11,000+ apartments valued in excess of one billion.
