Set up and maintain design environments using Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre DRC, Calibre LVS, Cadence EMX, and Quantus. Support top-level layout and sub-cell implementation, including layout interpretation, debug, and issue resolution. Drive verification and extraction flows across BEOL, vias, transistor-level, and cell-level designs. Partner with design and verification teams to improve CAD flow quality, accuracy, and tapeout readiness. Requirements 7+ years of direct experience in CAD engineering and advanced-node tapeout environments. Strong hands-on experience with Cadence Quantus or QuantusFS, or Calibre xRC, xACT, or xACT3D for extraction and verification flows. Working knowledge of Calibre LVS, Calibre DRC decks, and related physical verification flows. Understanding of 3D field solver tools such as Cadence EMX or Ansys HFSS. Solid understanding of semiconductor process technology, device physics, process modeling, and mask layout concepts. Knowledge of BEOL and FEOL architectures across planar, FD-SOI, FinFET, and GAA technologies is a plus.
