Construction Program Manager

Overview In this role you oversee and support construction program development for capital projects within Project Engineering and Execution Americas. You drive staffing, planning, and implementation, coordinating with outsource resources to ensure effective project delivery. You will refine standard construction practices, support proposal efforts, and advance QA/QC and training to elevate project execution. The position combines hands-on plant construction oversight with process improvement in a safety-conscious environment. This is a chance to shape construction standards for a global leader.
