With multiple manufacturing plants and a stable leadership team, they are entering a critical phase of capital upgrades and are building out a dedicated project leadership function to support this growth.Job DescriptionLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale design-build CAPEX projects across manufacturing facilitiesManage capital improvement initiatives from concept, budgeting and design through construction and close-outOversee a mix of general contractors and self-performed work, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost controlAct as the owner's representative, coordinating internal stakeholders, consultants and contractorsSupport projects involving historic preservation and restoration within an active industrial environmentDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, scopes and change ordersProvide regular project updates to senior leadership and report directly to the Head of Projects (Rob)Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational standards at all sitesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
