Senior Technical Program Manager - Devices Operations
Overview
In this role, you own an AI-powered intelligence product from problem to measurable customer outcomes. You’ll shape the product with business stakeholders, prototype with data, and drive delivery end-to-end. You collaborate with engineers, architects, and TPMs to translate needs into AI capabilities and take real value to customers. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position that combines product leadership with technical delivery to generate adoption and business impact. You will be the single owner accountable for definition, delivery, and go-to-market success.
ResponsibilitiesOwn an intelligence product from problem definition to customer outcome, including requirements, prioritization, delivery, and measurable impactDefine product vision, scenarios, roadmap, and business requirementsPrioritize scope and make trade-off decisionsPrototype solutions and work directly with underlying dataTranslate business needs into viable AI product capabilitiesDrive engineering delivery via architects, feature teams, and TPMsOwn go-to-market, customer readiness, adoption, and business impactIdentify automation opportunities within product/workflows using AIIterate based on usage feedback to improve outcomes
Key requirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field and 4+ years of engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projectsExperience owning a product or capability end to end: definition, delivery, and go-to-marketHands-on data fluency to work with product and operational data for decisions and prototypingExperience building or shipping AI/ML-powered product capabilitiesAbility to translate business needs into technically viable product requirementsExperience driving engineering delivery through architects, feature teams, and TPMsTrack record of customer engagement, go-to-market execution, and measurable adoption or business impactExperience in supply chain, manufacturing, devices, or operational decision systemsstrong collaboration and cross-functional communicationcustomer-focused problem solvingstrategic thinking with business impactAI/ML product capabilitiesdata prototyping and working with operational datatechnical translation of business needs into product requirements
