Sales Support Engineer II
Description of Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Sales Support Engineer supports the sales organization by preparing accurate quotations, performing margin and pricing analysis, and managing sales processes and databases within SAP and QuoteWerks. This role is focused on sales support for pre- and post-sale opportunities from a non-technical, commercial perspective rather than technical product presentation. The position works closely with Regional Sales Managers, Project Managers, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate quotations and orders. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience in Related Field, Skills, etc.): Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and 3-7 related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstration professional verbal and written communication across all levels Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Experience working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask while adapting to shifting priorities working on tight deadlines Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Preferred Qualifications (Certificates, Training, Licenses, and Experience): Basic accounting knowledge Basic knowledge of SAP Other (Supervisory Responsibilities, Physical Demands, Travel): This position may require occasional domestic travel; limited international travel may be required The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
