Position: Telematics Automation Test Lead_ Location: Columbus, IN_Key ResponsibilitiesLead the automation test strategy for telematics and connected vehicle programsDevelop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts for telematics systems and vehicle connectivity features Validate end‑to‑end telematics workflows including ECU → Vehicle Network → Cloud → Mobile/Web applicationsAnalyse requirements, test cases, and system specifications to identify automation scopePerform data validation for GPS, CAN, diagnostics, events, alerts, and telemetry dataDebug test failures, analyse logs, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defectsEnsure compliance with automotive quality standards and best practicesContinuously enhance automation frameworks and improve test coverage Required Skills & Competencies5-7 years of experience in test automation, preferably in telematics automotive domainsExperience in automation testing using tools/frameworks such as Python, Selenium, REST‑Assured, on board diagnostics tools.Strong understanding of telematics systems, vehicle connectivity, and IoT architecturesKnowledge of automotive protocols (CAN, UDS, MQTT, HTTP/REST, TCP/IP)Experience in API testing and validation of backend servicesFamiliarity with Linux/embedded environments and log analysisStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skillsGood communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities QualificationBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, electronics & communication or a related field
