This is your chance to work at the forefront of applied AI, building intelligent systems that deliver real business impact.📍 Role details:12-month contract (with strong potential for extensions)Fully remote 🌍Must be based in the EU🔧 What you’ll do:Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI systems using large language models (LLMs)Build and optimize chatbots, conversational agents, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines 🤖Write clean, efficient, and production-ready Python code 🐍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into AI-driven solutionsEvaluate and integrate new AI tools, frameworks, and best practicesEnsure performance, reliability, and security of deployed AI systems ⚙️🧠 What we’re looking for:Strong experience implementing and working with LLMs in production environmentsProven track record building chatbots, AI agents, or similar systemsDeep expertise in Python and modern AI/ML frameworksExperience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and embeddingsSolid understanding of software engineering principles, APIs, and system designAbility to work independently and lead technical initiatives✨ Nice to have:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) ☁️Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoringBackground in data engineering or distributed systems
