Join Mc Lane and discover the driving difference-we provide you with industry-leading pay, strong and secure client relationships, and get you home safely and more often. 7,500 CDL-A Driver Retention Bonus.~$3,000 CDL-A Driver Referral Bonus.~ Pay Structure: Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.~ Paid holidays: earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one.~Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!What you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.Qualifications you'll bring as a CDL-A Teammate:Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experienceMust meet Mc Lane's MVR and risk rating qualificationsThis position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.
