This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and contribute to a dynamic dining environment. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve a wide selection of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. * Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales. * Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing orders and cash transactions accurately. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. * Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience. * Handle cashing out guests efficiently while processing payments using POS systems and managing cash handling procedures. * Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management promptly. * Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and verify guest ages using proper identification methods. *Experience* * Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings. * Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development. * Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. * Experience in food service or restaurant environments with an understanding of food handling and safety protocols. * Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively through strong time management skills. * Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required. * Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including banquet or catering experience, is advantageous.
