If you like taking initiative, solving problems, and helping build something better, keep reading.The Role We are hiring an Estimator who can build accurate, thoughtful, and complete estimates that set jobs up for success before they ever break ground.This role goes beyond putting numbers on a page. You will be expected to think critically, identify risk, stay detailed, and build clear, dependable estimates in a fast-moving environment.You will work across the team to align scope, assumptions, and priorities, helping strengthen how we estimate, communicate, and handle a demanding bid workload.Some bids will be straightforward, but many will not.
