Overnight Caregivers-Shift Differential+Calm Shifts

*Job Summary* *Overnight PCA/Caregiver – $19/hr (Shift Differential Included)* Higher wage scale! FarmBrook Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and reliable Overnight Caregiver to support our residents during quiet, structured overnight hours. We are a smaller, homelike Assisted Living community with a warm farmhouse feel — calm, comfortable, and resident‑focused. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys independent work, predictable routines, and a peaceful environment while still providing meaningful care. You’ll help maintain resident safety, dignity, and comfort throughout the night. *Duties* * Complete scheduled overnight safety checks and respond promptly to resident needs * Assist residents with morning ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation * Monitor and document any changes in resident condition * Administer medications as directed by RN, following all safety protocols * Maintain a clean, safe environment through light housekeeping tasks * Support residents with developmental disabilities using individualized care plans * Communicate effectively with day staff to ensure smooth transitions * Promote a positive, homelike atmosphere that encourages comfort and connection *Qualifications* * High School Diploma or equivalent * Strong communication skills (verbal and written) * Ability to perform physical caregiving tasks, including lifting or assisting residents * Reliable, compassionate, and committed to resident dignity and safety * PCA experience preferred, but *we will train the right person* Pay: From $19.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Flexible schedule * Paid orientation * Paid sick time * Paid time off * Paid training Work Location: In person
