Amivie - - Responsibilities: Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) as assigned in the care plan.; Report deviations in an individual's functional or medical condition to the RN Field Supervisor or appropriate agency personnel.; Accurately report time and attendance by branch office and log via timesheets or EVV as required.; Be present for Supervisory Visits to be performed by RN Field Supervisor as required.; Use Personal Protective Equipment appropriately during assignment and dress professionally.
