Bond Administrative Assistant
Provides administrative and clerical support to Account Executives and Account Managers.Prepares renewal workbooks and provides them to Account Manager for review.Processes endorsement requests from start to finish, checking for accuracy upon receipt from carrier.Updates ‘future working document’ with current information for next term’s renewal.Updates Epic CRM system as requested.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Data Input for Renewal Activities (40%):Prepares preliminary renewal workbook documents and provides to Account ManagerObtains loss history and other supporting documents as needed for renewalUpdates Opportunities in Infor CRMPrepares future working document once renewal is completeAccount Documentation & Maintenance (60%):Opens opportunities in Infor CRMHandles requests for Executive Reviews and Due Diligence packetsChecks credit union bond limits once annually to be sure limits are in compliance with NCUA regulationsSends monthly foreclosed/repo property reminders to Property & Casualty clientsCoordinates the submission of change requests, including vehicle and location changes. Processes the documents for these when received from the carriersAssists the Account Managers with the reviewing of insurance policiesReviews and processes workers compensation audit documentsUpdates agency management system as neededQualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):High School Diploma requiredThe following statement will appear at the end of all job descriptions:The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
