Largo, Florida | Full-Time | On-SiteGreat location, nice people to work for, steady paycheck every week.We are looking for a dependable, hands-on person to help care for and maintain a beautiful private property in Largo, Florida.This is a full-time role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, keeping things organized, fixing small issues, and making sure a property stays clean, functional, and well cared for day to day.We are looking for someone proactive who naturally notices when something needs attention and enjoys taking care of it without needing constant direction.The property is already in very good condition. This role is more focused on daily upkeep, organization, groundskeeping, light maintenance, and helping keep everything running smoothly.ResponsibilitiesPerform general property upkeep and day-to-day maintenanceHandle small repairs and maintenance tasks as neededKeep indoor and outdoor areas clean, organized, and presentablePerform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and general groundskeepingMonitor irrigation systems and outdoor equipmentWalk the property regularly and identify anything needing attentionMaintain tools, supplies, and work areas in good orderCoordinate outside vendors when specialized work is requiredHelp ensure the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained.Ideal CandidateEnjoys working with their hands and staying activeReliable, organized, and self-motivatedComfortable with tools, outdoor work, and general handyman tasksPays attention to details and takes pride in doing quality workAble to work independently and follow through on responsibilitiesComfortable working in a private residence environmentPreferred ExperienceExperience in property maintenance, groundskeeping, handyman work, landscaping, or similar rolesBasic maintenance and repair skillsExperience with lawn equipment, tools, tractors, or irrigation systems is a plusLight plumbing or electrical knowledge is helpful but not requiredScheduleFull-time, on-siteApproximate hours: 8:30/9:00 AM – 6:00 PMSome flexibility may be needed depending on property needs.What We OfferSalary based on experience and performanceWeekly payIf you enjoy keeping properties beautiful, organized, and running smoothly — we’d love to hear from you.Apply now or refer someone exceptional.
