Construction Coordinator
Job Summary
Clauger is a family-owned company excelling in providing customized industrial refrigeration and air treatment solutions. We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing all aspects of construction project administration and scheduling.
Job Duties:
Routine office administrative tasks: order supplies, mail support, etc.
Administrative support of projects and service tickets: Opening jobs, closing jobs, and document management
Billing: monthly progress billing, change orders, time and material, and retention according to customer billing requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies
Tracks changes to projects and timelines
Prepare conditional and unconditional lien waivers
Write purchase orders and subcontracts as directed by the Project Manager
Actively manage list of rental equipment in the field
Maintain and drive coordination and communication with internal groups
Job Knowledge:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Cloud-based project management/service software (Procore & SimPRO preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing quality work in a timely manner
Ability to work independently or in a team, be proactive, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion
Job Requirements
Education, Certification/Licenses
Highschool diploma or equivalent work experience
3 years of billing or similar construction / service accounting experience
Proficient in cloud-based project management / service software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
