Sales Manager
We are looking for a Sales Manager to support customer growth and strengthen client partnerships. This is a permanent, hybrid role in Dallas, TX and is ideal for someone who thrives in a business-to-business sales environment, responds effectively to incoming opportunities, and builds lasting relationships that drive revenue. The person in this role will help expand market presence, manage customer needs with a high level of service, and use Salesforce tools to maintain visibility into pipeline activity and account performance.Responsibilities:• Manage a portfolio of business accounts, serving as a primary point of contact for customer needs, sales activity, and ongoing relationship development.• Respond to inbound inquiries promptly, identify client requirements, and convert new opportunities into productive business relationships.• Develop and grow account-based sales strategies that support revenue goals and contribute to broader market expansion efforts.• Build trust with customers through consistent communication, proactive follow-up, and a strong understanding of their business objectives.• Identify opportunities to increase market share by introducing relevant products, uncovering upsell potential, and strengthening account penetration.• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity updates, and pipeline details within Salesforce to support reporting and account visibility.• Partner with internal teams to align customer expectations with product availability, service delivery, and commercial priorities.• Monitor market conditions and customer trends to help refine outreach efforts and improve competitive positioning.• Experience in account management, business-to-business sales, or inside sales within a customer-facing environment.• Ability to handle inbound sales inquiries professionally and turn interest into long-term client opportunities.• Demonstrated success building strong customer relationships and maintaining high levels of account engagement.• Understanding of sales planning and market-focused strategies that support business growth.• Proven ability to identify opportunities that expand account value and increase market presence.• Working knowledge of Salesforce, including account tracking, pipeline management, or related administrative tasks.• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.TalentMatch®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
