Computer : DB Global Technology, Inc. seeks Assistant Vice President in Cary, NC to dsgn, dvlp, enhance, & maintain mission-critical IT syst’s & applications that calculate daily risk & PnL for fin’l products. Req’s: Bachelor’s in Comp Eng’g, CS, or rel. field, or equiv, & 5 yrs of progressively responsible exp dvlping microsrvcs Java apps in fin’l srvcs industry; implementing Overnight Index Swap (OIS) & CAV methodologies using Monte Carlo simulation to calculate daily risk & PnL for equities & credit derivatives products; dsgning, implementing & maintaining microsrvcs apps using Spring frameworks, incl Spring MVC, Spring IOC, Spring REST, Spring AOP, Spring Data, Spring DAO, Spring Batch, Spring Security, & Spring Boot for comprehensive back end dvlpmt; applying 12-Factor app methodology, SOLID principles, & dsgn patterns (Factory, Builder, Decorator & Chain of Responsibility) using object-oriented prog’g (OOP) to create scalable, maintainable, & robust softw syst’s; implementing event-driven microsrvcs architecture using pub/sub messaging syst’s incl Tibco & Kafka w/ replication factor of 3 for redundancy & high availability; securing Solace message brokers using SSL certificate-based authentication; integrating Oracle, SQL Server, & MySQL databases w/ Spring Boot apps using Spring JDBC & Hikari for efficient data handling; improving performance through caching solutions incl Caffeine (in-memory) & Hazelcast (distributed); applying Test Driven Dvlpmt (TDD) & Behavior Driven Dvlpmt (BDD) principles using JUnit 4/5, Mockito, Spock, & Cucumber; creating integration tests w/ Apache Groovy & automating reporting through Maven Surefire plugins; & building & automating CI/CD pipelines using Maven, Gradle, TeamCity, & Jenkins w/ POM/BOM-based dependency mgmt for consistent & efficient deployments.
