CopilotkitSeattle, WAMay 17th, 2026
About UsCopilotKit is the #1 open-source platform for connecting AI Agents with user-facing applications. In our first two years, we’ve delivered the fastest growing Javascript AI framework of all time, and built a vibrant community (40k+ GitHub stars, millions of weekly installs, 10s of millions of copilot interactions, double-digit MoM growth), are already monetizing at the enterprise level, and are used by companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100s (including production usage by over 10% of Fortune 500s).We’re emerging as the default for a critical part of the AI stack: the agent/user interaction layer. CopilotKit brings agents out of demos and terminals and into production, through deep integrations with the leading AI infrastructure companies and hyper-scalers (including the leading AI/infra teams at Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, LangChain, Mastra, Pydantic, Agno, and others). Our small, fast-moving team is building the agentic application platform that will define how user-interactive AI actually manifests in the real world. This is a unique opportunity to join as an early leader on one of the most complex and high-leverage surfaces in AI — with significant scope for technical, product, and leadership growth. The RoleYou'll be the primary technical contact for Global 1000 prospects and enterprise customers — riding shotgun with sales to demonstrate, architect, and build with CopilotKit. You'll run live demos, code proof-of-concepts, and provide hands-on technical guidance to help customers confidently get to production. This role requires both technical depth and customer energy. You'll hold weekly working sessions debugging customer code, provide architectural advice on agent-user interaction patterns, triage issues and questions from customers, and create technical content that converts prospects. You'll work directly with engineering leadership for support and mentorship while helping shift from individual heroics to a scalable GTM machine. We're Looking for Pilots, Not Just MechanicsYou need to think at the level of systems and outcomes — not just implementation. You're fluent in AI-assisted development as your primary mode of working, directing AI to rapidly prototype demos and explore customer architectures (where allowed) while evaluating outputs and course-correcting in real time. You've shipped meaningful work this way and understand that effective pre-sales engineering requires this higher-level perspective combined with the ability to code alongside customers. What You'll DoAct as primary technical contact during sales and POC calls with Global 1000 companiesRun live product demos and code demo applications for specific customer use casesHold weekly technical working sessions with customer teams: architecture advice, debugging, and inbound questionsProvide white-glove support through design reviews, priority bug fixing, and production readiness guidancePartner with sales and GTM teams to design POCs that convert prospectsCreate walkthroughs and technical pitches for both technical and business stakeholdersCapture customer feedback and advocate effectively with engineering on their behalfWhat We're Looking ForStrong foundation in TypeScript (React) or PythonExperience building and architecting AI agentsAI-native workflow: You actively use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to rapidly prototype demos, explore architectures, and accelerate customer engagements; think at the level of systems and outcomes, directing AI while evaluating outputs criticallyAbility to explain technical concepts simply and persuasively to engineers and business leadersComfortable presenting to both engineers and business stakeholdersPrior work in pre-sales, Solutions Engineering, or DevRel with extensive customer-facing experienceCuriosity and scrappiness — excited to learn and share, even when speculativeInterest in developer tools and open source ecosystemsBonus PointsFamiliarity with agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, etcExperience with technical content creation (blog posts, demos, walkthroughs)Active participation in developer communities and eventsWillingness to travel for important clients (world-wide)Why Join Us Work on foundational AI tech: Build the infrastructure powering the next wave of user-facing, AI-native applications Ship from zero-to-one: Join early enough to shape the product, architecture, and engineering culture while riding the wave of real traction and momentum Be surrounded by top talent: Join an A+ team and collaborate with world-class engineers, researchers, and AI infra leaders Make open-source impact: Build in public with a fast-growing, engaged developer community Own meaningful upside: Competitive salary and real equity with early-stage ownership and line-of-sight to value creation Build your network: Daily and weekly work alongside the most important teams of the world’s most important companies; on the infrastructure side, the ai/infra teams of Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, Langchain, Mastra, Pydantic, Agno, and others; on the customer side, the leading ai product initiatives of the world’s top enterprises Great benefits: 100% health coverage for employees, 50% for dependents, Dental and Vision insurance, competitive paid time off Remote-first, high-agency culture: Flexible work, no micromanagement, and full trust and ownership Help define a new category: Shape the direction of a fast-growing, well-funded startup building a core layer of the future AI stackWe're looking for builders with a bias toward ownership: engineers who thrive in ambiguity, love solving hard problems, and want to help create something genuinely new. You’re joining at the inflection point: product-market fit is real, momentum is strong, and the most meaningful technical decisions are still ahead. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
