Vitu has offices in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.Job SummaryOversee day-to-day auditing operations for the Oregon audit team, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyKey ResponsibilitiesReview and audit dealer paperwork to ensure compliance with DMV policies and procedures.Maintain the weekly office schedule, ensuring we are meeting our DMV timelines.Manage and review direct reports’ time cards and time-off requests to ensure proper recordkeeping.Handling dealer support calls and chats as needed.Supervise, train, and mentor team members to ensure optimal performance and growth.Minimum Qualifications And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business or relevant field, MBA or advanced degree is a plusPrefer 2-3 years of Supervisory experienceAutomotive Industry knowledge is a plusMust be creative and able to offer suggestions in how to achieve desired resultsAbility to learn new technologies quicklyMust be a team player, self-motivated, and career oriented, with a desire to contribute to the growth of the companyMaintain an awareness of business-related trends in the industryProven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business needsAbility to effectively communicate both verbally and in writingCompensationThe salary range for this position is: $53,000 - $72,000Final compensation for this position will be determined based upon the applicant’s relevant experience, skillset, education, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.At Vitu, our engaged workforce is the key to our success.
