Business Intelligence AnalystAtlanta, GA (30328)1 Year ContractThe BI Analyst supports R&D Operations by delivering data insights, building dashboards, and driving analytics projects that improve Product Management and Engineering performance. This role analyzes complex datasets, develops KPIs, creates predictive models, and partners cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and skilled in BI tools, with experience in SaaS product or engineering environments.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain dashboards and reports for Product & Engineering metrics.Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.Lead end-to-end analytics projects and develop KPIs for R&D effectiveness.Create predictive models and scenario analyses to support planning.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Ops, HR, Finance, and Strategy teams.Provide ad-hoc analysis and operational support to R&D leaders.Evaluate and optimize analytics tools and reporting processes.Skills & Experience Needed Bachelors in BI, Data Analytics, or related field.4-6+ years in BI or data analytics.Strong SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills; Snowflake a plus.Ability to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights.Experience with SaaS product development environments.Highly organized, analytical, collaborative, and comfortable with change.Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
