Job Full DescriptionSchedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PMJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled CNC Plasma Operator to join our metal fabrication team in Weatherford, TX. The ideal candidate will operate CNC plasma cutting machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines to cut metal parts per drawings and specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, and work orders.Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience operating CNC plasma cutting machines (preferred).Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Basic math and measurement skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.BenefitsCompetitive pay ($18-$20/hr based on experience).Full-time, steady schedule (M-F, 6 AM-4 PM)Apply Today!
