Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.Position Details:Workday Solution Architect Team Lead-Hybrid-Dallas TXLocation : Dallas, TX 75254 (Hybrid)Duration : 6 Months (Contract to hire)Pay Rate : $68/hr on W2Role Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Solution Architect with 10 to 15 years' experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide solutions within the Workday platform. This role is responsible for defining end-to-end architecture, aligning business requirements with scalable system solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across HR, Finance, and other enterprise systems.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple Workday modules and will act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders while guiding implementation teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Mandatory Skills:Strong experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modulesProven expertise in end-to-end solution architecture designExperience with Workday integrations either of them (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)Hands-on knowledge of Workday security framework and business process configurationStrong understanding of data architecture, reporting, and analyticsExperience with APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and middleware toolsAbility to design scalable, high-performance, and secure solutionsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsRole Description Skills:Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutionsExperience leading full lifecycle Workday implementations (Design ? Build ? Deploy ?
