Join the Team at Hareloom Café! Hareloom Café is a busy, locally loved breakfast and lunch café in downtown Stevensville. We’re looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys making great coffee, providing warm hospitality, and working in a positive, fast-paced café environment. In addition to barista duties, team members will also assist with table service and guest experience, so a hospitality mindset is key. What You’ll Do Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and other café beverages with consistency and quality Dial in espresso, steam milk properly, and maintain coffee equipment Take guest orders and provide friendly table service when needed Deliver food and beverages to guests and check in on their experience Maintain a clean and organized coffee station and service area Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams Help create a welcoming café environment for every guest What We’re Looking For Prior barista experience required Knowledge of espresso drinks, milk steaming, and basic café workflow Willingness to learn table service and assist guests throughout the café Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy breakfast/lunch environment Weekend availability preferred Reliable and team-oriented What We Offer $14.00/hour base pay + tips Daytime shifts only (no late nights) Flexible scheduling Employee meal/discount Positive, supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a new and popular local café Pay: $14.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
