Academic MedicineLocation: Near Arivaca, Arizona We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician to join our dedicated Academic Medicine faculty team as a Core Faculty Member. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a dynamic Internal Medicine Residency Program in a supportive, community-focused environment. Position Highlights: Clinical Supervision & Education: Provide outpatient clinical supervision to internal medicine residents (80% clinical, 20% administrative). Lead and participate in educational activities such as didactics, journal clubs, morning reports, and case conferences. Offer hands-on clinical training, mentorship, and constructive feedback to support residents??? growth and professional development. Academic & Scholarly Engagement: Participate in quality improvement projects, scholarly work, and curriculum development. Serve on committees aligned with your interests and availability. Assist with resident recruitment, including interviews and candidate evaluations. Qualifications: Board Certified in Internal Medicine (U.S. based). Proficiency in outpatient procedures and point-of-care ultrasound is highly desirable. Open to recent graduates with a strong interest in medical education.
