Hardware Design Engineer

Only US Citizen and Green Card holders will be considered.We are currently looking for a highly experienced Principal Hardware Design Engineer to join one of our client's leading engineering team focused on next-generation semiconductor and AI compute infrastructure solutions.This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced enterprise validation platforms, high-speed hardware systems, and cutting-edge cloud compute technologies within a world-class engineering environment.Base Salary Range: $200,000 – $225,700 / Year (Total Package pushes up to $225,000 - $301,900+ with bonuses/equity)Key ResponsibilitiesLead design and development of advanced reference boards for enterprise chip validation and AI compute systems.Perform schematic capture, PCB design support, board bring-up, and validation activities.Design high-speed architectures supporting PCIe Gen4/Gen5 and PAM-4 signaling environments.Develop low-voltage, high-current multi-phase SMPS power delivery solutions.Execute signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) simulations for complex hardware systems.Utilize tools such as Cadence Concept, HFSS, Sigrity, and SI Soft for simulation and validation.Collaborate cross-functionally with silicon, firmware, validation, and mechanical engineering teams.Required QualificationsSenior to Principal-level experience in hardware design and systems engineering.Strong expertise with:PCIe Gen4 / Gen5PAM-4 signalingMulti-phase SMPS designSignal & Power Integrity analysisHands-on experience with:Cadence ConceptHFSSSigritySI SoftProven experience designing complex high-speed PCB systems.Excellent debugging and hardware validation skills.Additional RequirementCandidates must be eligible to access export-controlled technical information in compliance with U.S. export regulations.What’s OfferedHighly competitive compensation packagePerformance bonuses and premium RSU packageESPP with 2-year lookbackComprehensive health, wellness, and family support benefitsOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and cloud infrastructure technologies📩 If you are interested or know someone who may be a fit, feel free to connect or send your updated resume directly to hrops@analytix.com.
