Marketing and Sales Coordinator
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, organized, and people-oriented Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our online store, marketing efforts, and day-to-day office operations. This on-site role is a mix of digital work, communication, and sales support — ideal for someone who likes variety.
The ideal candidate is comfortable learning new tools and platforms and brings a positive, approachable presence to the office. If you like wearing multiple hats and jumping in where needed, this role offers opportunity to do just that.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries via website, email, and phone
Update and maintain website content, working with outside web and digital partners when needed
Manage the online store, including product listings, pricing updates, and order processing
Support and contribute to social media and other digital marketing efforts
Capture, organize, and use photo and video content for marketing materials and internal needs
Maintain accurate dealer and customer information and assist with outbound communications
Track and manage company apparel and promotional items
Provide general office and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Approachable, professional, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people
Strong comfort with technology, computers, websites, and social media platforms
Willingness to learn a specialized product line and support sales efforts when needed
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Experience with marketing, social media management, graphic design, content creation, e-commerce, or customer facing roles is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Agribusiness, or a related field preferred, but not required

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
