Program Operations Manager Organization: Hubbert HomesEmployment Type: Part-Time Hours: 10–20 hours per week Pay: $22–$25 per hour Location: Oakland, CA Reports To: CEO / Executive Director Position Summary Hubbert Homes is seeking a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Program Operations Manager to help oversee daily housing and program operations. This person will supervise and support staff, monitor completion of key responsibilities, assist with housing operations, and serve as a primary support person for the Hubbert Homes Portal. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate CHWs, Housing staff, Lead Residents, case management staff, and administrative support. * Monitor staff assignments, client follow-up, and required documentation. * Help ensure house inspections, meetings, bed checks, chores, incident reporting, and other required housing tasks are completed. * Assist clients and staff with using the Hubbert Homes Portal. * Troubleshoot common portal, login, mobile, and form-submission issues. * Help train staff on portal workflows and operational procedures. * Support resident move-ins, discharges, and routine housing concerns. * Identify problems, follow up on unresolved issues, and escalate serious concerns to leadership. * Provide backup support for core House Manager and Housing Coordinator duties when needed. Qualifications * Previous supervisory, operations, housing, case management, or nonprofit experience preferred. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Comfortable managing staff and holding people accountable. * Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly. * Comfortable working directly with residents. * Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently. * Reliable transportation for travel between Hubbert Homes locations as needed. Experience with supportive housing, homelessness services, behavioral health, Community Health Workers, Medi-Cal programs, or nonprofit operations is a plus. Schedule & Compensation 10–20 hours per week Some schedule flexibility may be required for housing operations, staff meetings, or occasional evening/weekend needs.
