Experience
Prior experience in home health care or assisted living environments is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with seniors and individuals with disabilities or chronic health conditions such as Alzheimer’s or dementia.
Familiarity with medical terminology, medication administration procedures, and hospice or long-term care practices.
Experience working with EHR/EMR systems for accurate documentation of patient information.
Proven skills in patient observation, vital signs monitoring, and assisting with complex medical needs like catheter care or hospice support.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and providing clear updates on patient status.
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks safely while maintaining compassion and professionalism throughout your caregiving duties. Join us to bring your energy and expertise into a role that truly makes a difference!
